At De Milne we understand the importance of looking after the planet and also how important it is for our customers to do what they can in supporting this cause too, after all, the materials we use originate from the earth. We stand by four main principals which give us the ability to do our bit for the planet and the people that live on it.

Ethical Sourcing of Precious Metals

One of the cornerstones of our sustainability efforts is the ethical sourcing of precious metals. We meticulously trace the origins of every ounce of gold, silver, and other metals used in our jewellery to ensure that they have been responsibly sourced. By partnering with suppliers that adhere to strict environmental and labour standards, we can guarantee that our materials are free from exploitation and environmental harm.

Recycling and Upcycling

In addition to sourcing ethical materials, we are committed to minimizing waste and reducing our environmental footprint. One way we achieve this is through the recycling and upcycling of precious metals. Scrap metal from our manufacturing processes is collected and recycled, reducing the need for new mining and minimizing the environmental impact of our operations. At De Milne we ONLY use 100% recycled precious metals so we know without doubt that our jewellery is eco friendly, sustainable and ethical.
