Domestic shipping:
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. All online purchases include a gift box which is packaged into secure, non-branded packaging. All our Silver Jewellery is dispatched within 48 hours unless out of stock or stated otherwise. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. 

International shipping including EU:
We do offer international shipping for our products, unfortunately this will come with higher delivery fees which will not be covered by our free shipping domestic policy, so please check on the shipping cost at checkout before purchasing.
The customer will be liable for all customs and import duties, international taxes, and other additional fees that may arise due to what your local customs authority deems appropriate and as mandated within their legislative framework in the country of import. So please check this before ordering.
